Winter poster and billboard campaign

Through the winter months the NHS has a real problem on their hands. With the onset of colds and flu and minor ‘slipping’ accidents, amongst other things, Herts Valleys NHS Accident & Emergency services find it hard to cope with this demand. Research shows that a large proportion of the incidents reporting to A&E departments would be better off receiving treatment at alternative services such as Urgent Care Centres or Minor Injuries Units.

Red Echo was given the task of designing a range of billboards to very directly communicate this message. Bright colours and simple pictograms were the key components of the designs, engaging the public instantly.
